Medkozy in Greece

Medkozy's first trip abroad. By day, Medkozy doctors and medical students joined clinical observerships at Athens Medical Group and IASO Thessalias, scrubbing into theatre with Greek surgeons. We read the Hippocratic Oath beneath a statue of Hippocrates himself.

By night it was Athens: sunset at the Acropolis, island days, and A Fan of Me, an evening of fan painting and writing down ten reasons to be your own fan. Everyone arrived to a personal welcome poster at the airport and a Medkozy kit with the tote, the cap and the "doctors are not gods" diary.

Goddess Flow

A yoga morning by the pool in Goa for Medkozy's women in medicine, led by our expert Aditi. We breathed, stretched and flowed together in an open-air studio while the monsoon rain came down outside.

It ended the way Medkozy events usually do: matching sets and a mirror crammed with selfies.

Ovapinions

Ovaries and Opinions: a cycle-syncing afternoon by the beach in Goa. We talked about how to plan your work and productivity around the different phases of your menstrual cycle, so you work with your body instead of against it.

Then everyone painted their own glass to take home, with copies of Dr Tanaya Narendra's book, Dr Cuterus, on every table.
